I look at this as future investment, as Jazz only have to reach conference semis for this to be profitable later. And bookies are sleeping on them, expecting a few western teams to become powerhouses. But until this moment, they got the second best player (after Davis) in all the trades in Conley, who is easily one of top 5 'pure' PG in the league and will fit immediatelly without any doubt in mind.

They have the best defender in the league and one of 3 best centers in the league (Gobert) and one of the brightest future league stars in Mitchell. 

Overall, it's a very strongly underrated 'big 3' in a very solid organization with a great coaching staff. They will most probably fill all the remaining holes during the rest of offseason and odds will drop.
Main favourites in the West have too many question marks and will have no real chemistry for a long time, and teams like Houston (very cap space limited with bad Paul contract), OKC, Blazers and even Denver have lower ceiling.
