Chicago Bulls - San Antonio Spurs Basketball prediction

Jabari Parker, Chicago's Power Forward and one of the best players currently on the Bulls roster.
I don't know why is the margine so low, in the last few matches he easy makes over on the 16,5. 
On the position 4 and 5, Bulls can count on Jabari,Robin Lopez,Wendell Carter Jr, because of Markanen and Portis injuries.
Jabari is constant on about 40 minutes and with Zach, he is  the most reliable attacking options.
Spurs are not the old spurs,there is no good defence, they are playing on too much possesions and i think Jabari will get across over margine.
On the last 3 matches he was 27,23,20.
If there is no blowout, he must get at least 17 points.
