He has never lost to his opponent today John Millman in three matches and in Millman's last tournament he had to retire. Steven Johnson took a one-month break after losing to Daniel Elahi Galan in the opening round of his title-defense campaign at ATP Houston last month and returns to action at Madrid Masters this week. It was also his only match on clay this year. This time last year, John Millman posted his career-best result on clay by winning the title at Aie en Provence challenger — defeated the likes of Guido Andreozzi and Bernard Tomic — but will step up and make his debut at Madrid Masters this week.
