Limoges - Partizan Basketball prediction

Partizan went to France without new aquisition Samuels and without Velickovic, that is why they are 11.5 underdogs. But Novica is not as important anymore and Samuels has only played one game for Partizan. On the other hand, Miler and Aranitović will return to the team.
Limoges is nothing special themselves with 3 wins and 4 losses in LNB and mediocre (at best) play in Eurocup.
Partizan plays hard no matter who is on the floor and while they might be not so strong this year, they are playing much better already and will only improve. They lost the first Eurocup game against Alba by a big margin, but that was their only loss bigger than such handicap this season.
