After last game (win against the same Clippers 112-106) Jimmy Butler was unhappy they won only outscoring the opponent, not by playing consistant defense. We should remember it's still defensive mastermind's Tim Thibodeau team with one of the best defenders on the roster and they will start playing better defense sooner than later. They won against Clippers just barely at home and that should motivate young Minnesota guys to give much better effort on defense. Austin Rivers is an akward case in a leading scorers role, so that should certainly not happen again.
