PSV is in a tight title race with Ajax. Goaldifference can play a role as they are on equal points. Against de Graafschap they were looking for a large win but this had a negative influence on the team. Especially in first half missing a lot of chances and even trailing 0-1. 

Now it seems that Ajax can't be caught on goaldifference (Ajax is 12 goals in front), the pressure on PSV will be less.

ADO Den Haag proved to be a dangerous team on the counterattack against AZ (2-3 win). They can play in similar style against PSV.

The home team will create a lot of chances, the away team is deadly on the counter. Expecting both teams to score, the home team at least 4 times.

Early odds on this game are way too high. Vitesse is a team that plays a very attacking game at home, but they forget their defensive tasks. This season they kept only one clean sheet at home. Luxury problems in attack, Buitink, Matavz and Dauda are all available. Midfielder Odegaard is in splendid form.

Zwolle is still with a chance of making the playoffs, so they wont settle for a loss. 

In 15 Vitesse home games we witnessed 58 goals. I believe we see many goals, but for over 2.5 the odds are very attractive.

 

Jong Ajax managed to win only one home game in last 7. They will be without important midfielder Ekkelenkamp who will join the main Ajax squad that plays Champions League tomorrow. Ofcourse the Jong Ajax team is full of talent, but this season there is a complete new team with no exceptional players like in last season(s).

Go Ahead has an experienced squad, especially in defence and central midfield they have players with experience on the highest level. It has resulted in being on rank 3 in the league.

Go Ahead did not lose it's last 5 matches against Jong Ajax and there are no signs it will happen this time. High odds for Go Ahead +0.5.

Ajax is in good form, all their players fit. They will be playing in the so called "Champions League" formation, with Tadic in centre attack and Neres and Ziyech as wingers. In this formation the team is confident and very successful. It will be a big advantage Tadic can lure the static Juventus central defenders to come into midfield.

But the central defenders of Juventus are also the strength of the away team. The team is very dangerous with free kicks and corner kicks. Next to that they are strong when they play in counter attack, with quick Ronaldo. Against Ajax they will get chances in turnovers.

Ajax has a very attacking and creative team, but that has its vulnerabilities, especially against a smart team like Juventus. Goals at either ends are very probable, so big value of odds above 2.00 for 3 goals.

Ajax is playing the two Champions league ties against Juventus on Wednesday and next Tuesday. The game against Excelsior is in between. A win is absolutely necessary, but the fitness of the players is an issue. Daley Blind, de Ligt and Tadic already played over 50 or more club and international games this season. Some players will be rested or substituted in this game.
Excelsior will play very defensively and is in very bad form. In away games they didn't score for 4 games, but also conceded only 3 goals (one goalless draw and three times 1-0 loss).

A defensive Excelsior will try to keep a low score against an Ajax team that is more concerned with the next Champions League game.

We are spoiled with attractive early odds for next weekend’s games.

The home team Willem II is the revelation of 2019, reaching the Cup final and playing in an attractive style. Talented striker Isak produced 12 goals in 13 official games. He will try to extend his scoring streak of 7 consecutive games. Greek wingers Vrousai and Pavlidis also proving to be dangerous in front of goal. Against Ajax they played a good first half, creating some chances, but only managed to score once. Their defence is not the best part of the team, so the game ended in 1-4.

PEC Zwolle is in scoring mood also, they managed to bag 5 against Fortuna Sittard and 3 against Emmen. German striker Thy (also a January signing like Isak at Willem II) scoring 4 times in those matches, van Crooy is also in form.

Both teams lack a defensive mentality, chances at both ends are a certainty, so are 3 goals or more.

PSV will be chasing a win to stay top of the league, but Vitesse is a dangerous side with a lot of attacking power. Vitesse defence has been criticised for not keeping a clean sheet, PSV in away games not stable at the back.

In each scenario there is a team that will play on attack, no chance of a dull game. Valuable to take a
odds of 1.53 in either a multiple or single bet.

In the last few days odds have risen for this game, from under 1.50 tot 1.54. In my believe they should drop to 1.40. The away team is in a relegation battle and found new confidence under new manager Brood. Last Wednesday, in the dying seconds of the game at fellow strugglers Excelsior they managed to score the 1-2 winner. 

The home team Heracles is very productive and also conceding a lot of goals: we saw a total of 24 goals in last 4 home matches. I expect NAC to play on attack, they need another 3 points. Heracles has a strong counter attack, with Dalmau and Kuwas as in form finishers. Don't be surprised if there is 5 goals or over in this game. Not necessary to point at the value of these odds of "only" 3 goals or more.

In 2019 it’s a feast to watch matches in which Willem II takes part. Star player is on loan striker Alexander Isak. In the 3-2 win over Fortuna Sittard he converted 3 penalty kicks (a new record in the Eredivisie) and in midweek he scored twice and produced 2 assist in the 3-4 at Heracles Almelo.
Ajax is looking for another win to put the pressure on PSV Eindhoven, but is also looking at the Champions League tie of next Tuesday. I expect they will try to score some goals before resting a few players, just like in the away game at Emmen (2-5 win). They conceded 2 goals because of less concentration and substituting strongholders Blind and Tadic.

In the last 5 Willem II matches we saw 5 goals or more, in this match it’s valuable the choose over 3.5 goals because of the firing power of both sides.

In away matches ADO Den Haag has difficulty to find the net, but in home games it’s a different story. Last 3 home games there were results of 1-5, 2-3 and 3-3.
Utrecht is finding its form again, 3 impressive wins in last 3 games, scoring 13 goals. In the last 3 away games we saw a total of 15 (!!) Utrecht goals.
Surprised to seed odds of 1.60 and higher for over 2.5 goals in this match. A good opportunity to use it in multiple bets.

Open match between two teams who have an attacking mindset. For home team Emmen it's a do or die game, in midweek they saw relegation rivals NAC Breda come nearer. Emmen showed some attacking power against Ajax, but they are also known for letting in goals easily at the back.

Heerenveen is performing better in away games than at home: scoring 35 goals in 13 away games against only 22 in 14 home games.

I expect a spectacular match, even over 4.5 goals is not unlikely. To take a safe bet, the odds for over 2.5 goals are worth taking.

In Heracles last 3 home games we saw 16 goals. Away team Willem II in high goalscoring mood in 2019, on loan striker Isak proving to be a real strong addition to the squad. In fact many creative and attack-minded players on either side, Duarte, Kuwas, Peterson for the home team, Crowley, Tapia and mentioned Isak for Willem II; many goalscoring opportunities on the cards.

Game played at artificial pitch, so the expected rain will not have negative effect on this game. Odds of 1.55 for 3 goals or more are a giveaway.

Both teams missing important defenders. ADO Den Haag defender Wilfred Kanon is suspended and Giovanni Troupee injured while Vitesse are without Jake Clarke-Salter and Matt Clark.

Vitesse looking strong in attack in last months, even with 10 men they managed to score twice in the 3-2 defeat at Heracles Almelo. I expect a simular game, also on an artificial pitch. Odds from 1.60 are valuable.

In this game league leaders Twente can more or less secure their league title, although they have a hard nut to crack away at number 3 Go Ahead Eagles.

The home team has some excellent players in attack, all with experience at the highest level. Twente however is unstoppable, since the beginning of December last year they managed to win 12 times and drew only once.

This fixture is bound to be very entertaining as the home team feels its their very last chance of a return in the title race. Against a quality team like Twente it means a lot of chances at both ends.
 

Match between two teams in good form and finding the net often in recent matches. NEC is on a real scoring spree of 17 goals in 5 matches, Sparta has not done much worse with 15 in the same amount of games. Players that are dangerous and likely to score for the away team are Okita and Druijf. The home team has numerous players that are on 10 goals or more: Rayhi, Dervisoglu and Veldwijk.

A very attractive bet to pick the home team, I expect the odds will drop to a more realistic 1.60 when the start of the game comes nearer. 

Ajax is the best team in the league without a doubt and will be very keen to close the gap with opponent PSV to 2 points. The benefit of playing at home is huge, with the support from the fans in these kind of games the team must feel unbeatable. In the last 2 months PSV has not been showing the form that they had in 2018. Coach van Bommel had to adjust the midfield by selecting 2 very young players alongside the already young Rosario. Against a very strong Ajax this is a dangerous decision.

Ajax midfielder Ziyech limped off in last game but is expected to recover now there is a pause for 2 weeks in the league.

NEC Nijmegen has found the way up after a disastrous run of results between October and December 2018. In the last 6 games we witnessed 24 goals in NEC matches. Main reasons is the goal scoring power of new striker Ferdi Druijf and powerful Jonathan Okita.

They are facing one of the best teams in the League; FC Den Bosch. The combination of talent and experience in that team has made them title contenders, now battling for 2nd place as it seems FC Twente is out of reach of all other teams.

Last week there were not many goals in de Eerste divisie matches, which is the reason that odds have become more attractive. This game is bound to be full of chances, 1.60 or over is valuable for 3 goals or more.

Home team Groningen is in good shape, they managed to win their last 4 home games. Striker Mahi refound his form and is assisted by excellent midfielders Bruns, Bel Hassani (who both came over in January) and Japanese national team player Doan, who will return from a one game suspension.

Creative midfielder El Khayati is the player that is involved in most ADO Den Haag goals this season. in January and part of February he wasn't productive very much, but in last 3 matches he has been an eye-catcher again with fine assists and goalattempts. Central striker Necid is profiting from El Khayati's assists. Central defender Beugelsdijk will be missed, he is suspended.
Goals at both ends are most likely, for the home team probably 2 or more.
