OLY will most probably be again without Milutinov and Printezis, but that didn't stop them against mighty CSKA, so they should be ok in Turkey, too. Anadolu is one of the biggest disappointments in Euroleague this year, as they look just awful in most games and even on a good day they are just above average. OLY spirit is very high after win against CSKA and Spanoulis finally looks back in form. They will play very good defense as usual away and should keep Efes under 75, which should be enough to take a win.
