Outcomes:
Draw - Full return in the event that actually happened. (e.g. the wager is returned in an Asian handicap bet)

To be honest, I dont even think the Rice will have the ball more than like 20-22 minutes in the game. Army will run all over Rice with their triple option and they will be up by at least 3 touchdowns (21) in halftime. This is a good like because it get covered with 3 touchdowns and a field goal.
