Outcomes:
Draw - Full return in the event that actually happened. (e.g. the wager is returned in an Asian handicap bet)
Void - bet where the wager is returned. There are plenty of reasons why bets are voided, for instance if a match was cancelled, a player did not play etc. A void bet should not be confused with draw (event result = @1) in Asian handicap bets even if both terms result in the same thing, the return of the wager.
1/2 Win - Half the wager is a winning bet and half is a push in an Asian handicap bet.
1/2 Lost - Half the wager is a losing bet and half is a push in an Asian handicap bet.
Finland vs Hungary - UEFA League of Nations: Finland have no history of major European football competitions.
Not even with the so-called golden generation, where players such as Jari Litmanen, Sami Hyypia, Mikael Forssell and others who managed careers in renowned clubs played the part, the national team never qualified for the finals of a European, much less for a World.
Finland will now be looking to use the League of Nations as a platform to finally qualify for their first major tournament and try to go to the Euro 2020.
Although they have never been close to the best teams in Europe, the vision of the small countries is to compete in Europeans, they must be very poignant and certainly will be doubly determined to qualify this time.
They have as coach Markku Kanerva, who has trained the national team for fourteen years and is very popular among players and fans.
The team is in good shape. In fact, it seems Kanerva has implemented a successful season and the improvements are being seen, with some impressive results.
Draws against quality teams like Turkey, Croatia and Austria, where they were accompanied by resounding victories against smaller teams such as Estonia and Malta.
This indicates that the team is ready to rise to a higher level of European football, but there is still some work to be done.
Hungary
Euro 2016 was a highlight in the history of the Hungarian football team. For over forty years Hungary has not qualified for a European football. They performed well in their group where they moved on to the next stage.
However, they failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup, finishing a distant third behind Portugal and Switzerland.
Hungary now have a new coach, Marco Rossi, and will try to improve on the terrible recent form of the Magyars, which has seen them lose three of their last four international matches.
It will be the first competitive match of the Hungarian team without the historic Gabor Király, with his famous training pants in the goal.
They will be dependent on striker Adam Szalai, who is in excellent shape early in the season where he plays for the Bundesliga's Hoffenheim.
Szalai hopes to score in this match, and will have to rely on the team to succeed.
