Outcomes:
Draw - Full return in the event that actually happened. (e.g. the wager is returned in an Asian handicap bet)
Void - bet where the wager is returned. There are plenty of reasons why bets are voided, for instance if a match was cancelled, a player did not play etc. A void bet should not be confused with draw (event result = @1) in Asian handicap bets even if both terms result in the same thing, the return of the wager.
1/2 Win - Half the wager is a winning bet and half is a push in an Asian handicap bet.
1/2 Lost - Half the wager is a losing bet and half is a push in an Asian handicap bet.

France performance was very shaky in the group. Not a huge surprise considering multiple player losses.
So, they lost to Finland in OT, lost to Slovenia in a clear match with big difference in determination. They defeated greeks and poles, but both games had a good share of questions, too. Game with Greece was actually good, but it also showed that France is not capable to stay consistent for 40 minutes.
With Iceland.. quality difference is just too big to consider it somewhat important.
Now Germany had really good games in Group B. They lost a "won" match against Israel and gave up soon against Lithuania. Other than that, they showed a really mature approach to the game and tactic-wise they are really good. They are much more than just Schroder alone now. They are just a solid team.
Besides that, Germany played their matches in Israel, which is much closer to Turkey and very similar in climate, too. A bit different story with Finland, where France played group matches. This might be a minor advantage for germans, but still is.
8.5 handicap is just too much here, as I expect close game and still considering straight win, too.
