This pick is not so much about Suns, as they just can't play any worse and most probably will play a bit better, but about Kings. Bookies still look at Sacramento as a very low level team, because last few (probably more) years they were just a big mess. But this year they have a promising young core + leadership of Z-Bo and Carter. They help this team much more than their stats show. George Hill is also very underrated efficient and disciplined player. Kings are still one of the worse teams in the loaded West, but they are a head above Suns at the moment.
