Tottenham had disappointed everyone in their last game against Wolves. And as per usual, a lot of people no longer consider them to be in a title race, after one bad result. This is silly, and I am more than sure that they have plenty left in the tank to go and challenge Liverpool and City.

For that to happen, they will need to bounce back. Playing Cardiff is a great opportunity for that. Man Utd has slotted five past them, and Tottenham has just as great attacking threat. While it might not be a goal fest due to tired legs from all these festive games, I still expect a comfortable victory for Tottenham. This one hiccup against Wolverhampton should not be that detrimental. 

Everton has been having mixed results in the last couple of games. The same can be said about Leicester. Both teams are not consistent with their performances, and it should show even more so given the number of games they have had in recent games.

In these matches, it is difficult to predict the exact outcome, no matter who has a clear advantage. However, I am going with Everton. They have a better squad and are playing at home. It will be an interesting match to watch, but the three points should go to the home side.

Things seem to be moving in the right direction for Man Utd. After OGS joined, they look to be more free, especially in the attack. While they do look to be a  bit vulnerable defending, they should not have too many problems in the next couple of games.

Judging how things have turned out the last two games, it would be safe to assume that Man Utd will again go on the offensive and try to improve their goal difference.

Moreover, they have Alexis, Lukaku, and Martial back from injuries. These players should improve the attack even more.

The most interesting match of the weekend, no doubt about it. Liverpool is at home, hosting Arsenal. 

It would seem that a lot of people are in favor of the home side for this match. I tend to agree with them. Arsenal, while they were on a great run, seemed to be in a bit of a decline in the last couple of games. 

Liverpool has the highest goals in sight for this season, and this will be one of those crucial games where they absolutely need to get all three points. Going up against Emery's team will be annoying, but Liverpool should be able to overcome the opposition. Also, I expect to see a lot of goals this game. Mainly because of the holes in the Arsenal defense, and how good the likes of Salah, Mane, Firminho, and even Shaqiri have been so far.

Leicester seems to be in a great form at the moment, and playing at home against one of the worst teams in the league will be a great opportunity to score goals and get those three points.

Cardiff is prone in defense and concedes a lot. Even if Leicester is not considered as a top-tier team, they have plenty of threat up front. The most likely result will be somewhere along the lines of 2:0, though it would not surprise me to see Leicester put even more past the Wales club. 

Spurs have scored eleven goals in their last two games, which is quite an amazing achievement. The team seems to be doing really great right now and can call themselves challengers for the title.

Wolverhampton has had some great results too, but playing against the current Spurs team away is not what any team would like.

I predict that this will be another win for Tottenham, adding those three points to their tally. Not to mention the goals that they will likely score, once again. 

After the appointment of the new interim manager, expectations in Manchester are high. The first game for Ole has been phenomenal, and it will be interesting to see whether the team can continue playing this sort of football against tougher opposition.

Manchester United are hosting Huddersfield, a team that is not considered a top-tier. It will be a good opportunity to continue with this momentum and gaining upon those at the top. 

It is more than likely that we will see Norwich in the Premier League next season. Whereas Nottingham has plenty of chances to fight for the playoff spot.

Both teams have been looking quite well recently. However, since Norwich is only one point away from the first place in the table, you cannot help but expect their victory. Moreover, they are playing at home, and this is always a big advantage in these types of games. 

Atalanta away is a tough match. They have proven it time and time again. However, for the current Juventus squad, it seems like there is no team that can even stand a chance against them. 

The away side has been dominating in the league this season, and it is difficult to expect something else happening in the near future.

On paper, the match seems to be tough. However, it will more than likely end up being the usual for Juventus - three points, no matter who they are up against. 

Real Madrid has been disappointing this season. And quite a lot. However, it would seem that the team has been picking up some momentum in their last games and this will be a good opportunity to continue with that.

Villareal is a tough opponent, especially when they are at home. However, Madrid has more than enough players who are capable of determining the outcome of a game themselves. It will be a tough match, but I believe that the away side should be the ones taking all three points here.

Nothing that much to talk about for this game. Both teams are not someone you can consider to be top-tier teams in Spain, but they have been showing some decent results. 

Rayo is playing at home and look to be doing better between the two. It might not be a stretch to consider them being the winners here. 

The games in the Premier League have picked up. It is almost the end of the year and it is becoming clearer which teams will be fighting for the top spots.

Tottenham will look to continue putting up a challenge for the title, even though a lot of people do not consider them that way. 

Everton away is a tough game, obviously. However, the London club has shown time and again that they are more than capable of picking up these crucial points. Tottenham has a lot of momentum right now, and they will look to get the best possible result in the game. Everton is really inconsistent, and it is no surprise that a lot of people are favoring the away side. 

The last game was pretty painful for the Dortmund club. They lost and could not maintain a nine-point gap between themselves and Bayern Munich.

This game against Monchengladbach will also be difficult. They are the opponents closest to the first place and will look to reduce this even further. 

However, this game is an excellent opportunity for the home side to make a statement and show that they are capable of winning the league. And when they play at home, they tend to win quite a lot.

Nothing really to talk about for this particular game. Wolfsburg is in a much higher position and will look to fight for one of those European spots. Meanwhile, their opponents are struggling a bit and are near the relegation zone.

The home team always has the advantage, and with how the teams have performed this season, it is only natural to expect nothing but a victory from Wolfsburg. 

Looking at how things are turning out in the Bundesliga this season, Dortmund are on their way to win the whole thing. Playing away is always tough, but they will be up against one of the worst teams in the league.

Everyone has been on a good form for the away side, and they will look to get those crucial three points, putting pressure on the teams which are also chasing the title.

A very difficult game to call. Both teams are more or less in the same position, with only one point being the difference maker. Recent form is also very similar, perhaps slightly favoring Sampdoria.

Again, I am making my choice based on the fact that Sampdoria is playing at home. It would seem that this factor influences the outcome in the Italy league quite a bit. 

Looking at recent results, it would seem that Fiorentina has been doing nothing but drawing games. This is the perfect opportunity for them to get all three points in front of their home crowd.

Both teams are more or less equal when looking at their playstyle and lineups. However, a home advantage in the Serie A always plays a big role. This one should also be one of those games. 

This is without a doubt the most interesting match of the weekend. Well, at least you would say looking at the two teams playing. However, Man Utd has been so disappointing lately that it should be a breeze for Liverpool.

Sure, Mourinho can put a bus in front of the goal like he has been doing with Liverpool in recent seasons, but this year is a bit different. I do not expect anything but an easy win for the home side. 

Dortmund has been doing great so far in the Bundesliga. They are at the top of the table and will more than likely be there before the season next year.

Whether they will be the ones at the top at the end of the season is difficult to tell. However, games like these are crucial if they want to win the Bundesliga. Bremen is by no means a tough opponent, so it will be a good opportunity to get easy three points and score some goals as well. Not to mention that the game is in Dortmund. 

Not that much to talk about for this particular game. Both teams are more or less even in terms of their quality, with a slight advantage to Getafe.

However, since Getafe is the one playing at home, I would have to go with them as the winners for this match. 

Bundesliga is shaping up to be extremely interesting this season. This might be the year when Bayern does not win the competition, though it is still too early to tell.

Looking at this match, Wolfsburg is in a much higher position in the table. They have had a better form compared to their opponents, and they will likely look to get all three points from this game.

Nurnberg might end up struggling with relegation if they continue like this. And playing against Wolfsburg, even if it is at home, will be a tough game.
