Despite the fact that Molde has a 3 goal lead, Laci did not show a lot of quality. 

There have been plenty of games where people would give advantage to the home side after such result, despite them being underdogs. However, in most cases, the team which has a lead tends to win even if they are playing away.

It looks like this game will be another example of just that. 

With an end to pre-season, the teams will try to reach the best possible form before the important games for this campaign. Judging by the previous games of both Benfica and Lyon, results were extremely mixed. Predicting a winner is difficult, but it is expected that both teams will score goals this game.

Benfica managed to get 1 past Juventus and 2 against Dortmund.

Lyon had 4 against Fullham and 2 against Wolfsburg. Yes, Benfica is a tougher challenge, but they are not a team with a super defense. And again, this is a friendly.

If this was a league game, people would likely lean towards Chelsea. They changed the manager, acquired some great players and will likely continue to strengthen their squad. 

Arsenal have also invested into their squad, and Arsene Wenger is no longer the manager too. 

It will likely be a more open game this time around, so we can expet to see goals from both sides. And it will be interesting to see both teams in the next Premier League campaign.

The first game in Serbia ended with a 3:0 result. Crvena Zvezda showed that they are without a doubt a better team of the two. Suduva did not manage to score a single goal.

While this game is a formality, I do not see Lithuanian side putting up a lot of a fight. Yes, there will be those who will expect a miracle. However, the Serbs will try to solidify their result and should win this game as well.

Basel are one of those teams that are constantly playing in the final stage of the Champions League. And they tend to reach the knockout stage.

If they want to follow this trend, they need to win this game no matter what. They have scored an away goal, but are trailing 2:1.

Given that the Swiss side is playing at home, they should win this one. Between the two teams, Basel is definitely the favorites not just for this game, but for the next stage.

Winning an away game 1:0 puts Malmo at an advantage. A draw will be enough. However, it is more than likely that the team who is playing at home will try to push forward and gain an advantage. if they do not score an early goal, they will likely go defensive. Tiraspol should win the game and advance to the next round. They have everything in their own hands for this tie.

Napoli has been crushing it during their pre-season. Everyone expects them to challenge for the title this year again. However, the competition will be a lot tougher, and who knows how far they can take the fight this year.

Chievo will likely not put much of a fight here. The likely result will be 2:0 in favor of Napoli, or even more. They should win and score a couple of goals on top of that.

The odds are in favor of the Borussia side this game. It is a friendy between to German teams. As expected, the home side is heavily favored to come out on top this game.

Overall, they have a much better lineup and are playing at home. Looking at the recent results of both teams, it is expected that Monchengladbach will win the game. 

According to bookies, the odds for both teams to win are more or less the same. Given that this is a friendly and they are not playing with their best players, we can expect to see more open football from both sides.

Whenever these two teams meet in the Premier League, United seems to come out on top. Since this is a friendly, we should expect a different game. It is highly likely that we will see goals, and both teams should score at least once. 
 

Juventus has began their pre-season preparation. They have managed to beat Bayern Munich 2-0, even though everyone thought that the German side should win that game.

Benfica had a few games. However, the results were not that convincing. Given that Juve is a better team overall and they have shown decent football against Bayern, Benfica will have a lot of problems.

Juding by the previous results of both teams, Sheffield United is definitely favorites to win this game. They have better odds despite being an away team.

Doncaster Rovers have played in lower divisions in recent years. Moreover, Sheffield is a much more popular club, with better history and results.

Of course, this is a friendly, and anything can happen. However, Sheffield United should not have too much trouble and come out on top after the final whistle.

We have a Latvian side versus San Marino. Among the two, Spartaks is the favorite, with great odds. San Marino is one of the smallest countries in the world, and their football is not that strong.

The game is in Latvia so we can expect for the home side to try and get an early lead in the game. The difference between these two teams is really big, so it would be safe to assume that we will see more than one goal during the first half. 

Results in friendlies are a lot harder to predict. Instead of choosing winners or losers, it would be better to focus on number of goals.

Bayern have played quite a lot of friendles against strong opponents. And they have managed to score quite a few goals.

Juventus are also a tough opposition, so we can expect this to be quite an interesting game. And everyone who follows Champions League know the history between these two last couple of years.

 

During these qualification games, when a favorite is playing at home, games tend to have a lot more goals.

Bate Borisov are definitely the favorite of the two. They will try to get an early lead and build as much of an advantage while playing at home.

This is a two-legged tie, so teams that want to qualify for the next stage always try to give their all. Pride and money is on the line. 

Celtic are without a doubt the best team from Scotland. They have been participating in the Champions League for years now.

Given that they are playing at home and always reach the final stage, we can expect for them to give their all and build as big an advantage as possible. However, Rosenborg are not that bad themselves, so it is quite possible that they will also manage to score at least one goal. 

Inter have been intensively preparing for the upcoming season. They have managed to land quite a lot of great targets. It is about this time that individual players should start to become more of a team. A lot of fans have high expectations for this season.

Sheffield is not a very strong team, though they are at home. They have nothing to lose, and will likely try to score too. 

 

Betting sites are leaning towards PSV as favorites. They are playing at home and might have a better team on paper. However, I would expect for this to be a rather close game.

Ajax has been disappointing lately. However, they are looking to make a change and qualify for the top flight European competition once again.

The Dutch side are playing at home. Fans hope to see Tadic and Blind this game. The two players should be a great addition to the squad.

SK Sturm Graz is not that well-known outside of Austria. However, they have some quality up front. Ajax will try to get an early advantage in this tie while at home. Austrians will try to counter and it is quite possible that they will get at least one goal.

A few goals is something we can expect to see this game. 

Despite the fact that Suduva has managed to deal with Apoel, playing in Serbia will be completely different experience. A lot of people said that the previous game was a fluke, and Lithuanian teams tend to struggle quite a lot in international competition. This game should not be an exception. They will be playing away, and the atmosphere means a lot these games.

Home side is definitely wininng this one. There should also be more than a couple of goals. Suduva might be able to sneak one in.
