Outcomes:
Draw - Full return in the event that actually happened. (e.g. the wager is returned in an Asian handicap bet)

I am sticking with Belgium for this semi-final. From what I have seen in the tournament, they have a better lineup compared to France. Sure. Meunier will not be playing, but that should not be a big problem. Belgium has managed to beat Brazil, whereas France struggled against Uruguay who were playing without their star striker.
I am only betting on Belgium because they were more convincing and had a tougher road to get among the top four.
