Outcomes:

1/2 Lost - Half the wager is a losing bet and half is a push in an Asian handicap bet.
Nurnberg is the team going down to a lower division. Freiburg has secured themselves a spot in the first Bundesliga for next season, but ending a season with a win is something that everybody wants.
Both teams are on a terrible run recently, but Freiburg is undoubtedly the team with a better squad. They have won the first game which was away, and given that the match is in Freiburg, it gives them even more of an advantage.
