Clonmel 4.30 Horse Racing prediction

Improved to land the odds at Newcastle ten days ago wearing a tongue tie first time (retained). Jumped better on that occasion and was always travelling well. This is a better race under an 8lbs higher mark but could still be good enough to follow up here.
