Egypt - Cameroon Basketball prediction

First 2 team and best 3rd place team qualifiing to world cup and for them need to win because between 2nd place and Egypt difference only 1 win plus Angola will play with tunisia national team away that egypt have good chances if they win at home versus Cameroon and Angola will lose to Tunisia. Last time thei meet in September and Egypt played very bad but they taked win 58-62. At this moment Egypt have 3 wins in a row streak and second match in a row at home firat match they beated Tunisia after OT. Cameroon national team is very unpredictable in away games. 
That today i'm taking Egypt win because they will have big support from fans plus they have chances get to world cup first they need to win today! And they will have some chance get qualified.
