On Sunday afternoon, Manchester City start the defence of their Premier League title as the Citizens travel to north London to face Arsenal.
The two teams will head into the campaign with slightly different aims. Pep Guardiola’s visitors will be looking to retain the title, while Arsenal under new boss Unai Emery will be content just to return to the top-four.
Sunday’s game will be a historic one, as a new boss will manage the Gunners in the top-flight for the first time in 22 years. New boss Emery is highly-rated and will bring his own style to the north London club.
Despite only finishing sixth-place in the table last season, Arsenal had an impressive home record in the Premier League in final five home games in the top-flight, winning all five, while managing to score at least two goals in all five wins.
