English Championship: Leeds v West Brom Preview and Prediction

Date/Time: Friday 1st March 2019 (Kick-off 8:40 PM CET). 

 

The live television game from the Championship on Friday night comes from Elland Road and it should be a lively encounter between Leeds United and West Brom who are both chasing automatic promotion.

Both clubs are outside the top two as it stands, but a win could be a pivotal moment for either Leeds United or West Brom and the teams have been strong at home/away respectively which means they will believe they can bounce back from losses suffered in their last outings.

Kemar Roofe is out for Leeds United, but they have still been scoring goals at home, although the vulnerabilities defensively should be encouragement for West Brom. The same can be said the other way as West Brom have not been as sound at the back as they would have liked and I think we are going to see another high-scoring game between these two after the five goals they shared out at The Hawthorns earlier this season.
