On Saturday evening, two of Serie A’s top teams Juventus and Napoli battle it out at the Allianz Stadium.

Once again, the pair are leading the way in the Italian top-flight. Juventus have taken maximum points from their six league outings this season, while last season’s runners-up Napoli have won just one game fewer in the top-flight.

Juventus have started the defence of their Italian top-flight crown in formidable fashion. Not only have Max Allegri’s team been winning games of late, but the Bianconeri have also been prolific in front of goal scoring at least twice in all six of their league games so far this season.

Unsurprisingly, Juventus also have a fantastic recent home record in Serie A, claiming 12 wins from their last 13 outings. The other game was a 1-0 defeat by Saturday’s opponents last season.

Napoli look set to be Juventus’ closest challengers for the Scudetto this season. A win in Turin would move the men from Naples level on points with the champions.

A home win is not a foregone conclusion in this game, as the visitors have won three of their last four away games in the Italian top-flight. Rather more impressively, they have lost just twice in 35 games on the road in Serie A.
