On Wednesday afternoon, Portugal and Morocco go head-to-head in Group B at the World Cup in a massive game in the group.
Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo was the star of the show in Portugal’s 3-3 opening game draw against Spain, as the 33-year-old grabbed a hat-trick, including a late equaliser.
The result means that the Selecao has won just once in their last six games at World Cup finals. Ronaldo and co. will be highly confident of improving that record in this clash. Fernando Santos’ team are still one of the favourites to qualify from the group alongside neighbours Spain.
Morocco headed into this World Cup with a record for having a solid defence. However, one goal was enough for the North African side to suffer defeat in their opening game against Iran.

They are appearing at their first finals in two decades. However, their previous appearances have not gone well. In fact, they have now lost six of their last eight World Cup matches, winning just once in the process.
Morocco will be without winger Nordin Amrabat, who has been ruled out with a concussion.
